Payment

A non refundable deposit of $250.00 is required to secure your price and a place on my building list. Instruments are made in the order deposits are received. 50% of the remaining balance is due when work begins on your instrument. The final 50% is due when the instrument is completed.

Warranty

J W Murphy guitars are warranted for life to the original owner against defective materials and workmanship. Normal wear to the instrument is not covered under this warranty. All instruments returned for warranty repair must be shipped pre-paid and will be returned collect postage. Damage incurred by misuse, accidents, natural cracking of wood of finishes due to changes in temperature and humidity is not covered under this warranty. J W Murphy Guitars will repair or replace, any defective part or material.
